COLE Derek 1 year 29th March A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest; God broke my heart to prove to me; He only takes the best. Little did I know that morning the sorrow the day would bring, the end was sudden the shock severe, I never knew that death was so near. When days are sad and lonely and evening shadows fall, I hear your voice and see your face and our memories I recall. God knew you had to leave me, but you didn't go alone for part of me went with you, the day God called you home. Your loving wife Val xx
