JORDAN Freddie Albert Passed away suddenly at Birmingham Children's Hospital on 11th November 2016. Aged 11 years. Freddie will be sadly missed by Mom & Dad, Ben, Lewis. Alfie, Becky, Alex and the rest of the family. 'HEY BABE, TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE' Funeral service at St John's Church, Halesowen on Monday 28th November at 1.00 p.m followed by burial at Cradley Cemetery. The family have requested that all mourners wear something green. Family flowers only or if desired donations accepted for Birmingham Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald Charity. Care of R.
