WHITFIELD Sydney of Halesowen Passed away peacefully with his family around him on 5th June at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 83 years. Retired Medical Laboratory Scientific Officer, local Preacher and Swimming Teacher. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, Dad of Ruth, Peter and Philip. Father in law to Michael, Juliette and Vanessa. A loving Gramps and Great Gramps. Sadly missed by all who knew him. A Thanksgiving service to take place on 21st June at Short Cross Methodist Church, Attwood Street, Halesowen at 2.45 pm.
