COOKE Pamela Mary Passed peacefully away on 3rd June 2018 at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, aged 74 years. She will be sadly missed by her beloved Husband Donald and all loving friends. The Funeral service will take place on Thursday 28th June, 2018 at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 10:45 am. Family flowers only please.
