PARTRIDGE Jack (John Leslie) Died 7th December 2014 aged 91 years Ros, Rob, Ed and John extend their heartfelt thanks to all friends and family for their expressions of sympathy and their support. Thanks also to Pastor Jill Berry, family friends Mark and Roy Timmins, Funeral Directors, and members of the Loyal Order of Moose, for helping us to say goodbye at the funeral service in Stourbridge on the 19th December in the way Jack would have appreciated Mourners donated £200 for the Georgina Ward, Russells Hall Hospital
