ROWE George Alexander (Alec) The family of Alec express their heartfelt thanks to all who attended his funeral at Hurst Green Methodist Church on Monday 23rd February 2015. It was a lovely tribute to a “Gentle-Man” conducted by The Rev.P.Clapham and music by organist Mr Martin Smith. The cards, flowers, messages of sympathy and donations received have been phenomenal. Alec would have said, “Marj, I don’t deserve all this”. Thanks also to all who travelled to the Stourbridge Crematorium for the committal. Donations will be divided between The Alzheimers Society, The Royal British Legion and Ashbourne Residents Fund. Where requests have been made for a specific charity these will be honoured.
