REDROW Homes has received a five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation’s (HBF) annual customer satisfaction survey.

The accolade is reserved for companies where more than 90% of customers would recommend them to a friend; and where at least 90% of purchasers are satisfied with the quality of their new home.

Kim Peters, group marketing director for Redrow Homes, says: “As Redrow celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, this latest award recognises that we have built a solid reputation as a quality builder with a commitment to delivering high standards of customer care.

"To have retained the five-star rating for a fourth year in a row is testament to the dedication of the entire team. Knowing that so many of our customers are not only happy in their homes but would recommend us to friends should give prospective purchasers confidence to buy a new Redrow home.”

Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of HBF, said: “These results clearly demonstrate that consumers are overwhelmingly happy with the service house builders are delivering. The people who really matter – those who buy new homes as opposed to industry commentators – are giving us a clear thumbs up.

“Driving up customer satisfaction takes commitment from people at every level in an organisation. The steady increase in satisfaction levels over the past decade is a credit to our industry and all its employees.”

Redrow is building a wide range of homes across England and Wales. All Redrow homes come with the added reassurance of a 10-year ‘Buildmark’ warranty. For details of all developments visit the website redrow.co.uk
