Rockers in final

Oldbury punk band New Line have made it through to the next monthly final in the Robin Live Band of the Year competition.

The outfit came first in their heat at the Robin 2 at Bilston on Monday July 14, after fighting off Aldridge punk rockers Dukes of Stalis and Telford alternative rock band Guns for Girls.

New Line now go through to the monthly final at the Mount Pleasant venue on Monday July 28, where they will be battling it out against Halesowen pop rockers Glass Lashes and rock/metallers Sons of Spartacus from Willenhall.
