SHOWS bursting with poetry, physical theatre and an outing paying homage to the genre of film noir are just some of the diverse performances being showcased at Amblecote's Glasshouse Arts Complex this month.
The Wollaston Road arts complex is welcoming Castalia Eurythmy to the stage tomorrow (Friday April 11) which will bring to life Seamus Heaney's Poetry of Ireland' by weaving together movement, speech and music.
The following week, on Friday April 18, Shifting Sands Theatre presents The Deadline; a darkly comic, dynamic, visual feast of a celebration of film noir, thrillers and detective films.
And on Friday April 25, Metaphysique presents Cupid's Strongest Bow - a play about the resilience of the human spirit, featuring clown theatre, aerial work and music.
All shows are being performed in the Lehr Studio Theatre, starting at 7.30pm.
