EVERYONE’S favourite shows from the 1930s to the present day will feature in TFO’s ‘A Night of Musicals’ when it comes to Stourbridge Town Hall.

For one night only, TFO will be joined on the journey by the talented youngsters from the Langley Youth Theatre, who will present show-stopping numbers in their own dynamic style.

Highlights of the concert, which takes place at 7.30pm on Saturday, November 4, will include tunes such as 'There is Nothing Like a Dame', 'Sit Down your Rockin' the Boat', 'I'd Do Anything', 'All That Jazz', 'I Just Can't Wait to be King' 'When I Grow Up', plus a special selection from 'Me and My Girl', which will be the group’s next block-buster production in May 2018.

TFO spokesman Di Hingley said: “Since moving to Stourbridge Town Hall, we have gone from strength to strength.

“Following on from last year's concert 'A Night of Miracles' and our acclaimed production of 'Fiddler on the Roof' in May this year, we have attracted lots of new members, both adults and children and some very talented soloists. Our future is looking brighter than ever.”

The concert will once again be directed by Halesowen’s Emma Harley, who directed the group’s Fiddler on the Roof production, while making his debut is pianist Khadeem Duncan-Banerjee, who is currently studying at Walsall Studio School.

Di added: “All the team are confident that this musical extravaganza is a night not to be missed!”

Tickets for the concert, priced at £10 for adults, £8 concessions and £6 for kids, are available from a member of the company, or by calling Melanie Griffiths on 01562 886473 or 07584 071571.
