Prince is back on social media, after reviving his Instagram account.
The Purple Rain star launched a new account, which he dubbed Princestagram, on the website and started posting photos of Prince-related memes.
The 57-year-old singer, who has already gained 48,900 followers, later added images of his live performances and publicity shots.
Prince’s social media return comes after the musician deleted all his Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts in 2014, suddenly and without any explanation.
He previously teased fans he would be rebooting his Instagram account on October 18.

The singer, whose hits include Kiss, Little Red Corvette and The Most Beautiful Girl In The World, released his latest album HITNRUN via Tidal in September.
