Lady Colin Campbell’s final day on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! featured a row with Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne.

The 66-year-old author, dubbed Lady C on the ITV show, has left “on medical grounds”.

But during her jungle stint, she frequently clashed with the Spandau Ballet singer and Dragons’ Den star.

Duncan admitted he was “glad” to see her depart.

“Absolutely nothing I will miss about Lady C. Her accusations, her swearing, the fact that she won’t do any work. I’m so glad she’s gone,” the 66-year-old said.

“Bit of a shock. Neither myself nor Duncan are going to start cheering,” Tony said. “It’s not like that, but it’s a huge relief as it was such a class of personalities,” he added.

Meanwhile, reality TV star Ferne McCann won eight stars for camp in Panic Pit Part 2.

This was the first Bushtucker Trial refused by Lady C because she felt it was “coffin-like”.

Earlier, businessman Duncan made Ferne cry after a tirade about the camp being a mess, especially the pots and pans.

“I’m doing the cooking and cleaning – can Duncan just respect that I’m trying my absolute hardest, I graft” she tearfully said.

Tony saw Lady C whispering and asked her to stop.

“If I wish to whisper, I will do it. If you don’t like it, lump it!” she countered, and added: “Mind your own business. You don’t have a brain, you pea head!”

A heated discussion for Panic Pit Part II followed, and Duncan urged Tony not to “go to her level”.

When Ferne met presenters Ant and Dec, they told her the trial involved crawling in a tunnel.

For every minute she endured locked up with various jungle critters, she would win a star.

The Only Way Is Essex star screamed her way through the trial, but she persevered.

Union J’s George Shelley and Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison, the bookies’ current favourite to win, took part in the challenge.

They had to bungee jump to some large nuts hanging off trees and then crack them on the floor to obtain the dingo dollars hidden inside.

The camp incorrectly answered the resulting question, which meant no chocolate cake.

After dinner, there were lots of tears as the camp mates received letters from home.

As a result of Lady C’s departure, Wednesday night’s viewer vote was cancelled. Viewers who voted by phone will receive a full refund.

Before going into the jungle, the Jamaican-born author was best known for writing a book about Diana, Princess of Wales, which detailed her affair with James Hewitt.

Lady C has been one of the main talking points in this current series.

She is the second celebrity to leave in unusual circumstances, following Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.

He had to withdraw from the show after admitting to a steroid addiction.
