BRIT rock stars Thunder are coming to Wolverhampton to say a final goodbye to fans on their farewell tour.

Despite a lack of support from mainstream media the band notched up 18 top 40 hits over a career spanning two decades.

In a statement the band said: “We've found ourselves becoming increasingly busy with our various activities outside of the band, “Having discussed it at length, we've decided that this is a fitting time for us to hitch up our wagons and ride into the sunset.”

Thunder’s last tour rolls into Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall on Friday July 10.
