Steve Hofstetter set to bring his comedy across the Pond

AMERICAN comedian Steve Hofstetter will be bringing his unique brand of humour to Birmingham as part of his first ever UK tour.

Hofstetter will be performing at Highlight comedy club in Broad Street on Friday July 27 as part of a two-week tour taking in comedy clubs including Glee, Jongleurs and a host of independent theatres and venues.

The award-winning comic, often dubbed the hardest working man in showbusiness, is a regular on US TV and is one of the top booked acts on the American college circuit.

Steve, also a writer and columnist, has also garnered more than six million views on his YouTube channel, 25 per cent of which were from fans in the UK.

And his his latest album hit number one on iTunes' comedy chart.

He will share the bill with Anthony King, Junior Simpson and Jim Smallman at the Fosters Comedy Live event at Highlight which shares its address with Bar Risa.

Doors open at 7pm and the first act goes on at 8.30pm. Tickets cost £14.
