Tenants in Blackheath will get the chance to view proposals for home refurbishment at an open day.
Sandwell Homes partner Wates Living Space will hold the event at Blackheath Coronation social club on Thursday April 3 between 10am and 4pm.
Improvement work on properties is due to begin in the next few months, and residents will be able to see examples of kitchen units and worktops.
Tenants attending the event will also be entered into a free prize draw, while complimentary energy saving light bulbs will be handed out.
