Praise has been heaped on departing Romsley parish council clerk Pat Taylor.
She is stepping down after holding the post for 16 years, and took part in her final parish council meeting on Monday May 12.
Council chairman Ivan Hodgetts said: "I would like to say my sincere thanks to Pat for all her work.
"She has been a great help to us and we wish her well for the future."
Current Hunnington parish council clerk Ruth Mullett will take over Pat's role from Tuesday May 20.
