Voices in Harmony holding annual Remembrance event in Cradley Heath

THE Voices in Harmony choir will be holding its annual Festival of Remembrance in Cradley Heath.

Musicians from the Salvation Army band will join the choir to help lead the proceedings on Saturday, November 10.

The event at the Salvation Army, Meredith will be attended by various Civic dignitaries and Halesowen and Rowley Regis MP James Morris .

The Royal British Legion, together with representatives of local youth from the Boys’ Brigade, Scouts and Air Training Corps, will all be parading their colours.

Bill McBain, from Voices in Harmony, said: “This event has grown in popularity over recent years and the short act of remembrance we hold at the end of the evening is very moving experience.”

The event starts at 7pm and the £5 entry charge will go to the Poppy Appeal.
