Fungi foray in Halesowen nature reserve

A FUNGI foray will take place at a Halesowen nature reserve next weekend.
Expert Nick Williams will lead the investigation through the undergrowth at The Leasowes, home to a large number of species, on Saturday November 3 Councillor Tracy Wood, cabinet member for environment and culture, said: “Autumn is a great season to be out and about at the borough’s nature reserves. We have a wide range of activities for all the family throughout the year.”
Booking is essential by calling 01384 814642. The two-hour walk will set off at 2.30pm from the wardens’ base in the car park, off Mucklow Hill.
