Dance classes at Cradley Heath centre

TINY tappers and ballet dancers can enrol onto children's dance classes at a Cradley Heath leisure centre.

Ballet and tap dancing classes run every Saturday afternoon at Haden Hill Leisure Centre, by Sonia Webb Academy of Dance and Drama.

Children, aged two to14, can enrol onto a block of 12 lessons on Saturday (November 3) New enrolments can be taken after this date.

Ballet and tap classes are divided up by age group with classes for two to five-year-olds beginning at 3.30pm.

During the programme, pupils will work towards ballet and tap dance examinations and then move onto grade work and pointe training classes.

Sonia Webb said: "I am delighted that the Haden Hill Leisure Centre dance classes are going so well.

"My aim is to deliver the correct ballet and tap technique in a way that the children can absorb but still enjoy.

Our classes are open to all children, whether they want to learn to dance for fun or as a training structure towards their future to get into dance college."
