CRADLEY is set to ring out with the sounds of carols during a special Christmas sing-a-long next week.

The Cradley Community Group, along with local schoolchildren, are putting on Carols in Cradley on Thursday, December 20 outside Providence Church, Windmill Hill at 6.30pm.

Vicar of St Peter’s Katryn Leclézio said: “Cradley has a wonderful community spirit and the Cradley Community Group, encouraged by the participation in the Cradley Carnival during the summer, wanted to put on something that would gather the people of Cradley around Christmas time for some fun and food.“

She added: “So come along and see the lovely decorations the children will be hanging on the trees and sing Christmas carols old and new as the children lead us.”

Cradley Councillors Richard Body and Tim Crumpton will also be on hand to serve hot pork sandwiches.
