BIG-hearted Halesowen flower arrangers raised almost £2,000 for charity last year.
Troop Aid and the Craniofacial department at Birmingham Children’s Hospital shared the £1,980 raised by the town’s flower club.
Fundraising events included book and card sales at the monthly meetings, plant and flower arrangement sales.
This year’s chosen charity is the Midlands Air Ambulance and the club, which has raised £33,000 for charity in total, will welcome Shrewsbury demonstrator Kate Edwards to its meeting next Thursday, February 14 at 7.30pm.
Visitors are welcome to the evening at the Shenstone Theatre, Halesowen Library, entitled A Tingle of Excitement. Entry is £4.
