AN Old Hill family is mourning the loss of father-of-two Danny Cole, who died on Sunday, after a short illness, aged 32.
Mr Cole, who was known by his nickname Titch, suffered liver failure and died just five days after being admitted to Sandwell Hospital.
His sister, Laura Wright, said: βIt was a terrible shock and he will be very much missed. He was happy go-lucky, a cheeky chap.β
Mr Cole worked as a gas pipe fitter and lived with his parents Brian, aged 58, and Jan, aged 55, at their home in Oaklea Drive.
But he also spent much of his time with girlfriend Maria Beasley and step-children Caitlin, aged 12, and William, aged six, as well as his children Lauren, aged eight, and six-year-old Kenzie, who live with their mother in Halesowen.
His funeral service will be held on Tuesday (February 19) at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 10am.
