Halesowen campaign group extends invite to AGM

HALESOWEN Global Justice Group is inviting people to its Annual General Meeting later this month.
Members will review the past year and outline future plans at the meeting at the United Church, Hagley Road, on Wednesday March 13.
Lorna Sewell will briefly outline details of a film she has sponsored which concerns the pharmaceutical industry, big business and cholestrol.
Group chairman Ernest Cruchley said: "We welcome friends who are interested in justice for people all over the globe and here on our doorstep in the Dudley borough and Halesowen.”
The group stages ten meetings a year.
The meeting will run from 7.30pm till 9pm. Refreshments will be served from 7pm.
