Walk of Witness coming up later this month

CHURCHES Together in Cradley Heath, Dudley Wood and Old Hill are set to stage an annual walk later this month.

The Good Friday Walk of Witness will take place on Friday March 29, kicking off from St James Wesleyan Reform Church, Highgate Street, Old Hill, at 9am.

Participants will call into Roxburgh House Nursing Home for a short service, then carry on to Cradley Heath for an act of worship in the market place, with the walk ending by the statue outside Tesco.

Biblical readings and hymns will be sung along the way and after the walk a service will be held at Cradley Heath Baptist Church, Four Ways, at around 11am.

Hot cross buns, tea and coffee will served afterwards.

Anyone is welcome to join in the walk at any stage or attend the service.
