Kingswinford Beefeater ready to serve up community cash
8:00am Monday 18th March 2013 in News
A KINGSWINFORD restaurant is calling for people to nominate community champions to tuck into a cash handout.
The Beefeater on Dudley Road is searching neighbourhood people who give up their time for the benefit of their communities.
Ten successful nominees from around the UK will get a bursary from Beefeater of £1,000 to help continue their good work.
Sam Vaughn, marketing manager at Beefeater Grill, said, “Scout leaders, youth workers and Sunday league coaches alike – it’s time to say thank you to those people who make our neighbourhood somewhere to be proud of.”
Anyone wishing to nominate their community champion can pick up an entry form at a Beefeater restaurant or log on to www.beefeatergrill.co.uk/champions. Entries close on Thursday March 28.
