The following appeared in Dudley Magistrates Court between August 19 to 23:

Richard John Eades, aged 27, of Whitley Avenue, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for assaulting three police constables in the execution of their duty in Brierley Hill on August 1.

He was ordered to pay compensation of £60 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Nathan Anthony Round, aged 23, of Severn Road, Halesowen, was jailed for eight weeks for stealing clothing and a DVD, worth £24.99 belonging to Matalan, Merry Hill, on August 18 while subject to a conditional discharge.

David Paul Elespe, aged 31, of Hallchurch Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing candles, worth £79.96 belonging to Hallmark, Stourbridge, on July 8 while subject to a community order.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Sharon Louise Morrison, aged 34, of Warrens Hall Road, Dudley, was fined £75 for assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty in Dudley on July 31.

She was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Nasir Ali, aged 23, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was fined £600 and was disqualified from driving for six months for using a Direct Bikes Scooter without insurance on Limepit Lane, Dudley, on May 17.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £65 court costs.

Danny Clifford Gallagher, aged 27, of Stourbridge Road, Dudley, was fined £75 for producing cannabis in Brierley Hill on July 18.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Michael Jones, aged 42, of Bagley Street, Stourbridge, was fined £100 for drink driving in a silver transit van on Bushey Fields Road, Dudley, on July 23.

When tested, he had 82mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also found to have cannabis in his possession. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Albert Hughes, aged 65, of Pearson Street, Cradley Heath, was fined £95 for failing to notify the Department of Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Disability Living Allowance, namely that his capabilities had improved between September 28, 2011 and January 17, 2012.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £150.

Alexis Amina Killworth, aged 28 of Merryfield Road, Dudley, was jailed for ten weeks and was disqualified from driving for six months for stealing children’s clothing, worth £250 from Matalan, Brierley Hill, and driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Merryfield Road, Dudley, without a licence or insurance on July 29.

She was also sentenced for stealing alcohol worth £30 from Co-op, Dudley, on August 8 and cheese of an unknown value from Tesco Express, Stourbridge, on August 16 while subject to a suspended sentence.

Jonathan George Cartwright, aged 31, of Wynall Lane, Wollescote, was jailed for 21 weeks for dishonestly receiving a blue Umbro rucksack containing a driving licence and ID card in Brierley Hill on July 18, knowing or believing them to be stolen goods.

He was also sentenced for dishonestly receiving a sat nav, worth £50, a Nokia 3109 mobile phone, worth £50, and a Renault Lagona car key in Brierley Hill on July 18, knowing or believing them to be stolen goods.

Shaun Anthony Duffy, aged 23, of Firmstone Street, Wollaston, was jailed for for ten weeks, suspended for 12 months, for destroying a double glazed window, worth £1,000 belonging to Wollaston Fish Bar, a reinforced glass window, worth £1,000 belonging to Harris Butcher’s shop, Wollaston, and a single glazed window, worth £1,000 belonging to Compton Hospice charity shop, Wollaston, and two single glazed windows, worth £1,500, at Crescent Arcade, Wollaston, on August 20.

He will be under a curfew for two months and during that time, must stay at his home address between 4pm and 8am. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £2,000.

Rebecca Jones, aged 32, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, was jailed for 15 weeks for stealing cosmetics, worth £30 from Superdrug, Dudley, on August 15 while subject to a suspended sentence order.

She was also sentenced for stealing ladies purses and handbags worth £54.92 from United Footwear, Dudley, and meat products of an unknown value from B&M, Dudley.

Steven George Walters, aged 40, of Cole Street, Netherton, was jailed for 26 weeks for stealing coffee, worth £30 from Heron Food Stores, Dudley, on August 20, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Roger Thompson, aged 47, of Barrs Road, Cradley Heath, was fined £825 for speeding in an Audi A5 without insurance on Manor Way, Halesowen, and possessing cocaine on August 31, 2012.

He was disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Natasha Krystle Nicole Fearon, aged 24, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was fined £850 for permitting Celia Davies to use a Renault Scenic on Ripley Grove, Dudley, without insurance, being drunk and disorderly in Dudley and resisting and assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Smethwick on April 21.

She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £300 court costs.

Simon Peter Ian Foxall, aged 39, of Junction Street, Dudley, was fined £90 for stealing two bottles of Bold detergent and four bottles of Lynx deodorant, worth £29.40 from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on June 18.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £125 court costs.

Claire Louise Carroll, aged 27, of Brambleside, Wordsley, was jailed for 30 weeks for stealing two bottles of alcohol from Waitrose, Stourbridge, on August 6, five joints of meat worth £57.79 and bottles of champagne from Co-op, Kingswinford, on August 8, and women’s underwear worth £25 from Matalan, Brierley Hill, on August 21.

John Gerald Moran, aged 47, of Connops Way, Lye, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on July 26.

He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
