DUDLEY'S borough welfare bus is hitting the road for another round of visits to offer advice on housing benefit changes.
Visitors will be able to pick up information about reforms and talk to staff about benefits, budgeting, moving home and much more.
Councillor Steve Waltho, cabinet member for housing and community safety, said: “We took the bus around the borough in July and the response was very positive so we’re going out again to give people another opportunity to find out what help and advice is available about practical issues such as setting up rent payments or looking at new ways of budgeting.”
The bus will be open from 9.30am to 4.30pm at: Somer Square, Halesowen on Monday September 30; High Street, Stourbridge, on Tuesday September 1; the Co-op car park in Sedgley on Wednesday October 2; Market Place, Dudley, on Thursday October 3 and the Asda car park in Brierley Hill on Friday October 4.
