A MAN who fell from the roof of an Oldbury pub remains in a critical condition in hospital more than a week later.
The 36-year-old suffered serious injuries in the fall from ta flat roof at the Manchester Stores Pub, Churchbridge at 9.15am on Sunday September 29.
Detectives investigating the circumstances of how he came to fall have issued an appeal for witnesses.
Initially, four men were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, butt three have been released without charge and a fourth man, aged 25, has been given police bail while inquiries continue.
Detective Inspector Jim Munro said: "We are currently investigating the circumstances of how the man came to fall from the roof.
“Inquiries are ongoing but we would like to hear from anyone who was in the area that morning and who may have seen what happened to contact us on 101."
