DUDLEY Kidney Patients Association is appealing to people to donate goods to sell in its Kingswinford charity shop.

The charity, which has been providing help and support for kidney patients across the borough for the last 30 years, is seeking good quality clothes, furniture, unwanted jewellery and gifts, toys and bric-a-brac to sell in its Kingswinford High Street shop.

Secretary Judith Sidaway said: "We depend on charitable donations to help our kidney patients by providing items requested by the renal unit staff or by individual kidney patients cared for at Russells Hall Hospital."

The charity also owns three holiday caravans in Somerset, Devon and the Cotswolds so patients and their families can take a much-needed break.

She added: "These cost a great deal of our funds to keep them up and running so we are always grateful for any help we can get with raising money."

Anyone able to donate items for the shop can call 01384 424456.
