A POPULAR choir is tuning up for its annual festive and charity concert in Old Hill.

The 70-strong Voices in Harmony will be supported by its widely acclaimed young people’s choir, Pure Harmony, at Holy Trinity Church, on Saturday (December 14).

The choir, which has raised more than £85,000 for good causes since it was formed, is donating all ticket sale profits this year to Acorns Children’s Hospice and Prostate Cancer UK.

Spokesman Bill McBain said: “We will be singing both traditional and some new festive songs and, of course, our young people’s choir will steal the show as usual.”

The audience will also have a chance to sing their favourite carols at the concert, which starts at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £6, are available from the choir’s website www.vihchoir.org by phoning 01384 635507 or on the door.
