HALESOWEN property developer Philip Stewardson is celebrating after winning a top industry award three years in a row.

Philip, 49, who along with brother Mark, 46, runs Cradley Heath based Stewardson Developments, was named Landlord of The Year at the annual Landlord and Letting Awards.

He said: “To win for a third time was a complete surprise with the strength of competition in our industry.

"Winning reaffirms our plan to continue to grow the business as well as relationships with clients, suppliers and the wider community."

He added: “We have a great team and everyone has played a part in the business’ success.”

The brothers were presented with their award by Homes Under the Hammer presenter Martin Roberts at a gala dinner at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.

The award recognised the high standard of rental accommodation offered by Stewardson as well as the company’s commitment to the environment.

Mark Stewardson said: “We were ecstatic with our third nomination but to win three awards in as many years is a great honour and testament to the hard work put in by our dedicated team.”

Stewardson Developments was established in 1996 and now owns 122 properties across Halesowen, Stourbridge, Quinton, Bearwood and Edgbaston.
