A SEARCH is being launched by a Cradley club to find a singing star with the Wow Factor.
The contest at the Laurels, Colley Gate, hopes to attract both up and coming singers and established artists.
It will run over 10 weeks from Sunday February 9 with a panel of judges organised by Waterfords Entertainments Agency on a similar basis to TV’s X Factor.
The eventual winner will receive a cash prize, recording studio time and the chance to work for the agency.
Application forms are available from behind the bar at the club in Windmill Hill and the competition will run each Sunday from 3pm until 6pm.
