HALESOWEN College is celebrating further recognition for its standard of services to students.
The colege is one of only a few to get and keep the Customer Service Excellence Award since 2009.
The awarde recognises the level of advice, guidance and support received by students while at college and in their on-going careers and university applications.
Staff had to give five portfolios of paper evidence, arrange student interviews and arrange for the assessor to speak to partners of the college
Paul Bywater, customer services manager, said: “I am very pleased the college has retained this prestigious award.
“This is a reflection of the high quality of staff working with students at Halesowen College from giving initial advice on courses through to going to university and future careers.”
