REGULARS at a Rowley Regis pub hit the bullseye for charity when they held a 24-hours darts marathon.
The darts team at the Bull's Head, Hawes Lane, stepped up to the oche on Saturday afternoon and threw their last dart on Sunday.
Paul Hughes, aged 49, said: "The majority of us managed to stay up all the way through but a few got their head down for for an hour.
"We had a great time and a lot of people came to the pub to support us on Saturday night and Sunday morning."
The dart players wanted to raise cash for the Air Ambulance and kept their spirits up by playing singles, doubles, 501 and 301 as well as other darts games.
Paul, a tarmacer, said: "We will not be able to get the total amount we have raised yet as we have to get all our pledges in a tot it up, but I believe the Halifax will match what we have raised which is great news."
Far from wearing out the dart players the marathon arrows session helped the team win a league game on Monday.
