BARRATT West Midlands is offering families a free removal service if they buy a property at Dukes Park, on Constantine Way in Halesowen .
The deal applies to house buyers who take advantage of the company's part exchange scheme before June 2014.
Katie Yates, sales manager for Barratt West Midlands, said: “We are thrilled to offer a free removal service for any housebuyer if they take advantage of the Part Exchange purchasing scheme.
"We encourage potential buyers to visit our sales centre and speak to one of our knowledgeable and friendly sales advisers."
She added: "With part exchange the company arranges for the property to be inspected by three independent valuers and makes a fair offer based on the average of the three valuations.
"Plus Barratt is effectively a cash buyer, so there is no chance of a chain falling through and purchasers can enjoy their new home."
