A NETWORKING group, which meets over breakfast, helped land a Halesowen company a lucrative contract.
A client of Hagley-based Full Range Print Solutions was looking to source hoodies for an event that had specific design and colour requirements.
As a member of Halesowen BoB Club, Full Range boss Dean Ford was able to put his client in touch with fellow club member Ace Embroidery.
The Halesowen firm, led by Matthew Smart was “delighted” to source a bespoke solution for the client.
He said it proved that businesses could grow by working together.
Mr Smart added: “The fabric, thread and design were all dyed and tailored to their specific requirements here in the UK, manufactured in Tipton and embroidered at our factory in Halesowen.”
Halesowen BoB Club has been meeting for more than a year with in excess of 20 companies attending the bi-monthly breakfast at Halesowen Golf Club.
The aim is to keep business local to assist the area’s economy and to promote each other’s businesses, share ideas and seek advice from those that are more established.
Anyone interested in attending the BoB Club should contact Lloyd Evans on 07811 956258 or email Lloyd.firstname.lastname@example.org.
