EASTER weekend will be eggs-tra special as local youngsters have been invited to a giant Easter Egg hunt in Oldbury.
The Portway Lifestyle Centre will host the hunt on Saturday from 12.30pm-2pm.
Eggs will be hidden on the outdoor Life Trail and will be followed by an assortment of activities suitable for children aged three to 10 years.
There will also be activities including arts and crafts, games, competitions, face painting and can also enjoy some light refreshments.
Vina Fatania, Sandwell Leisure Trust physical activity development officer, said: “Last year’s hunt was a great success with over 1,000 people taking part.
"It’s going to be a great day out for the family with an activity for everyone. So please come along and have some Easter fun.”
The event costs just £1 per child. People are advised to book in advance at the leisure centre to avoid disappointment.
