The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between April 28-May 2:

Sally Ann Davis, aged 45, of Shenstone Avenue, Norton, was fined £500 for drink driving in Stourbridge on April 5. When tested she had 95mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and £85 court costs.

Matthew Gould, aged 20, of Brettell Lane, Amblecote, was fined £300 for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on April 14. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Jeanette Rhiannon Harrison, aged 47, of Willow Close, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months, for stealing a Tefal Optigrill, worth £149, from Tesco, Dudley, and possessing articles for use in the course of theft on April 7. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Gary Davies, aged 54, of Salop Street, Dudley, was fined £300 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation to determine whether he had committed an offence on April 13. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Dale Martin Mansell, aged 32, of Priory Road, Dudley, was given a four month community order for stealing 17 cans of Lynx deodorant, worth £49.73, from Wilkinsons, Dudley, on April 8. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration, must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Layla Marie Gould, aged 29, of St Mary’s Court, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing razor blades, worth £204.05, from Boots, Brierley Hill on February 28 and a fragrance, worth £65.25, from Debenhams, Birmingham, while subject to a conditional discharge. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Lucy Anne Garland, aged 24, of Springfield Avenue, Sedgley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Sedgley on January 1. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £200 court costs.

Luke Alan Morton, aged 26, of Springfield Avenue, Sedgley, was fined £300 for using threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour that led a person to believe immediate, unlawful violence would be used against them in Sedgley on January 1. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £300 court costs.

David Norman Hiscox, aged 61, of Jasmine Road, Dudley, was fined £50 for possessing cannabis and cannabis resin in Dudley on April 28. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Tomas Takac, aged 34, of Gill Street, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Netherton on April 10. When tested, he had 94mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Marcus Andrew Bunce, aged 21, of Raven Court, Brierley Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing two bottles of spirits, worth £30, from Asda, Brierley Hill on April 12. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Dean Raybould, aged 27, of White City Road, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a handbag and contents in Quarry Bank on December 7. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Richard Michael Pitchford, aged 34, of Salop Street, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Dudley on October 17. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £220 court costs.

Tracey Michelle Rowley, aged 34, of Church Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing three bottles of vodka, worth £47.29, from Co-op, Stourbridge, on January 19 and two boxes of perfume, worth £103 from Debenhams, Merry Hill on January 22. She was ordered to pay compensation of £47.29 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Lisa Caroline Turner, aged 41, of Andrew Road, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £200 worth of damage to a window in Brierley Hill on August 8. She was ordered to pay compensation of £120.
