BROOKLYN funnyman Lewis Shaffer is returning to Cradley Heath for a must-see gig this Saturday.

The US comedian, now based in London, is playing the Hollybush for the fourth year in the row.

He is currently touring the UK with his two hour show which will culminate with a spell at the Edinburgh Festival in August.

Dave Francis, from the Hollybush, said: "We are delighted Lewis is returning to Cradley Heath to the venue that put him on when the sun wasn't shining for but its looking good for him now as he comes back to the Black Country.

"He is currently playing sell out shows at the Leicester Square Theatre in London and it should be a great night at the Hollybush."

He added: "His two hour one man show observes differences in American and British culture and politics but in our up close and personal 50 capacity venue there is no where to hide so beware.

Admission is £6 and seats need to be reserved on 07949594484 or can be purchased at the Hollybush open mic night on Thursday at the Newtown Lane pub.
