THE body burnt beyond recognition found in a car in Cradley Heath has been identified.
Mark William Palmer, aged 54, was identified through statements and photographs after detectives launched an investigation into his identity.
He was found in a burning car on Forge Lane on the evening of Saturday, May 10.
Coroner investigator Margaret Collins told Smethwick Coroners Court on Monday that Mr Palmer's family were satisfied it was him.
He had no fixed abode at the time of his death and was from Dudley.
