THE woman killed in a three car crash in Cradley Heath last week has been named.
Rowley Regis resident Mary Woodall, aged 83, died in the horror smash on Waterfall Lane on Wednesday, May 21.
The inquest into her death was opened at Smethwick Coroners Court on Tuesday and the cause of death was recorded as fatal injuries sustained due to a road traffic collision.
Five people were injured during the accident and Mrs Woodall was pronounced dead at the scene.
The inquest was adjourned to a date to be confirmed and police are still investigating the crash in which Mrs Woodall died.
