The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between May 27-30:

Sharon Harper, aged 32, of Furlong Lane, Colley Gate, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing a credit card and £180 cash, in Sedgley, between June 12 and December 18, 2013. She was ordered to pay compensation of £180, a victim surcharge of £80 and £150 court costs.

Robbie James Danks, aged 25, of Tiled House Lane, Pensnett, was discharged conditionally for six months for damaging a table, worth £130, at Brierley Hill on March 8. He was ordered to pay compensation of £130 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Kenan Durmisi, aged 18, of Aston Road, Dudley, was fined £110 for driving without insurance in Dudley on March 12. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

George James Connell Gill, aged 22, of New Street, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing tinned meat, worth £16, from Heron Foods, Dudley, on May 9. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Robert Pardoe, aged 39, of Pedmore Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £110 for possessing diamorphine and cannabis in Brierley Hill on April 30. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Kurt Smith, aged 33, of Broadway, Norton, was fined £300 for drink driving in Stourbridge on March 14. When tested, he had 93mgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 court costs.

Samantha Jane Bowater, aged 34, of New John Street, Halesowen, was given a two month community order for stealing cosmetics, worth £64.49, from Boots, Merry Hill, on April 26. She was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Danielle Peters, aged 28, of Dibdale Road, Dudley, was fined £150 for driving without insurance in Brierley Hill on April 26. She was given six penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Elaine Williams, aged 38, of New John Street, Halesowen, was given a two month community order for stealing cosmetics, worth £64.64, from Boots, Merry Hill, on April 26. Eifion Denys Dransfield, aged 45, of Claycroft Place, Lye, was fined £65 for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on May 9. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Reece George Williams, aged 21, of Meadow Street, Old Hill, was fined £75 for possessing cannabis in Stourbridge on March 27. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Roy Thomas Woodall, aged 33, of Hermit Street, Upper Gornal, was given a 21 day community order for stealing red wine, worth £5.49, from Co-op, Sedgley, on May 12. He was given a 21 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Justin Batley, aged 35, of King Street, Lye, was given a 21 day community order for stealing two fishing reels, worth £330, from Mal Storey Angling Centre, Halesowen, on August 22 and stealing bedding, worth £108.50, from Marks and Spencer’s, Birmingham, on September 6. He was given a 21 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £330, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Paul Colin Cresswell, aged 40, of High Street, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for drink driving in Dudley on April 7. When tested, he had 117mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

John Hathaway, aged 30, of Farm Road, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for drink driving, without a licence or insurance in Dudley on December 21.When tested he had 52mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was also sentenced for assaulting a man and breaching a non-molestation order in Dudley on December 21 and drink driving without a licence or insurance in Brierley Hill on February 14. When tested, he had 65mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. Hathaway was also sentenced for causing £187 worth of damage to a car in Netherton on September 14 and failure to surrender on three occasions between March 3 and May 14. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

James Reay, aged 27, of Laurel Road, Dudley, was given a 12 month community order for entering Castle High School, Dudley, as a trespasser on March 4 and stealing and a mobile phone, worth £43. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Stephen Christopher Woodall, aged 32, of Braemar Close, Sedgley, was given a 12 month community order for having a BSA 22 calibre air rifle at his home address, which he used for firing missiles beyond those premises between April 25 and 28. He was also sentenced for causing £300 worth of damage to a vehicle in Sedgley between April 26 and 27. He was ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Luke Matthew Langford, aged 21, of Sandfield Road, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £300 worth of damage to a window, door and television set in Dudley on May 11. He was ordered to pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Stephen Patrick Marsh, aged 32, of Park Road, Lower Gornal, was fined £400, for driving a car in Sedgley, without due care and attention on November 27. He was given seven penalty points and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Anthony James Burns, aged 48, of Duncan Edwards Close, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for stealing items, worth £112.99 from various stores in Dudley between April 25 and 28. He was ordered to pay compensation of £112.99 and £85 court costs.

Teresa Charlene Andrews, aged 30, of Milton Close, Amblecote was given a two month community order for stealing two Yankee Candles, of unknown value, from Hallmark, Stourbridge, on March 24 and 25. She was given a two month curfew and for the duration, must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She was ordered to pay compensation of £39.98, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Gavin Sean Finch, aged 41, of Caslon Crescent, Norton, was given an 18 month community order for stealing two bottles of vodka, worth £71.28, from Co-op, Stourbridge, on April 29. He was ordered to pay compensation of £71.28, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
