THERE is still room for stall holders to book a place at this year’s Armed Forces Day at Himley Hall and Park on Sunday, June 29 to celebrate the work of servicemen and women.
Stall holders are encouraged to grab the last few spaces if they would like a stand at the show as craft, vintage and army surplus stalls are always a prominent and popular feature of the event.
The event will run from 11am to 5pm and will include lots of fun and entertainment to keep all the family entertained including a zip line, Staffordshire Military Wives Choir, performances by the D-Day Darlings and an RAF spitfire flypast.
There will also be a display of historic vehicles for people get up close to and explore. The popular youth marching band will return at 11.30am in the event’s main arena in front of the hall. To apply for a stall, please email jessica.haines@dudley.gov.uk or call on 01384 817449.
