The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between June 2 and 6:

Nathan John Lavender, aged 22, of Brooklands, Wordsley, was fined £65 for stealing a garden ornament, worth £25, in Brierley Hill, on May 10. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Jasvinder Singh Saul, aged 41, of Fatherless Barn Crescent, Cradley, was fined £200 for failing to provide a specimen of breath in Halesowen on May 16, when required to do so during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Howard Lloyd Henry, aged 50, of High Town, Cradley, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for possessing cannabis and failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Quarry Bank, on April 7. He was also sentenced for assaulting two police officers in Dudley on April 8. He was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Camran Hussain, aged 23, of Amblecote Road, Brierley Hill, was fined £600 for driving without insurance in Brierley Hill on December 7. He was disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Martin Adrian Heath, aged 43, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing tricycles, worth £89.97, from Argos, Brierley Hill on April 23. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He was also ordered to pay compensation of £89.97, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

John-Luke Stephens, aged 22, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was given a three year community order for intentionally exposing his genitals, with the intention that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress, in Dudley on January 1 and March 4. He was also sentenced for being drunk and disorderly in Brierley Hill on December 14. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Iqpal Dhillon, aged 37, of Grange Hill, Halesowen, was fined £400 for speeding in Halesowen on February 1. He was given six penalty points and ordered to pay £200 court costs.

Anton Tyler Henry, aged 20, of Watsons Green Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for six months for obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty in Dudley on March 4. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Stacey Jane Simpson, aged 27, of Harold Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £200 for carrying on a business as a scrap metal dealer when not authorised by a licence under the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 and failing to keep written records that she was required to keep for a period of three years, beginning with the day the metal was disposed of, in Halesowen on April 30. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.
