THE joy of the World Cup is coming to Blackheath this weekend.
St Paul's Church, Long Lane, is holding a football themed afternoon on Saturday.
Graham Roberts, from the church, said: "The World Cup is coming to Blackheath on Saturday, there will be penalty shoot-outs and table top football amongst the fun activities.
"The music will have a world cup flavour and you can enjoy the free refreshments as you tackle the family football quiz.
He added: "To end the afternoon there will be an auction of unwanted presents; drinks; groceries; fruit etc and promises."
Donations for the auction will be welcome on the day.
The World Cup fun afternoon is between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday St Paul’s Church, Long Lane, Blackheath.
