The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between June 16 and 20:

Liam Aneurin Yates, aged 22, of Hawthorne Road, Dudley, was fined £300 for drink driving in Dudley on February 2. When tested he had 146mg of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mg. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Peter Clewes, aged 45, of Crabbe Street, Lye, was fined £100, for obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty in Lye on December 18, while subject to a suspended sentence. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Mark Stuart Edge, aged 30, of Dunns Bank, Quarry Bank, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for interfering with a motor vehicle in Brierley Hill on March 8 . He was also sentenced for stealing three cigarette lighters, worth £1, and having articles for use in the course or, or in connection with theft, namely fabric gloves, in Quarry Bank on May 16, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Justin Donoghue, aged 35, of Ashdale Close, Dudley, was fined £250 for drink driving in Stourbridge on June 1. When tested, he had 54mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and £85 court costs.

David Wayne Furnival, aged 37, of Dale Terrace, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing alcohol and food, worth £61, from Tesco, Dudley, on May 30. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Michael Alexander Perry Maxwell, aged 22, of Old Hall Close, Stourbridge, was fined £65 for possessing cannabis and cannabis resin, in Dudley on May 30. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Stephen William John Mitchell, aged 28, of Audnam, Amblecote, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for committing fraud by applying for a House of Fraser store card in another name, providing false documentation of ID and using the card to obtain goods, worth £539.98, in Worcester, on December 9. He was also sentenced for stealing games, worth £29.99, from Asda, Brierley Hill, on June 17.

David Gary Cole, aged 24, of Brickhouse Road, Rowley Regis, was fined £150, for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, in Brierley Hill, on March 16. He was disqualified from driving for three years and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Liam Miles Heath, aged 19, of Lea Bank Road, Netherton, was given a four month community order for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on April 18. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 7am. He was ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Darren Smith, aged 31, of Gibbons Hill, Sedgley, was fined £75 for being drunk and disorderly in Sedgley on February 10. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Ian Aston, aged 43, of Tenacre Lane, Upper Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to the harassment of a woman in Dudley between January 16 and March 16. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £100 court costs.

Paul John Neale, aged 46, of Ashen Hurst Road, Dudley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Wordsley on May 9. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Colin Bird, aged 40, of Wood Road, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for eight weeks for being drunk and disorderly in Lower Gornal on April 22, damaging windows in Dudley on April 15, May 2 and 26, and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on June 18.

Steven John Piper, aged 57, of Eveson Road, Norton, was fined £160 for drink driving in Stourbridge on January 16. When tested he had 196mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 18months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Justin Adam Green, aged 41, of Cinder Bank, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for entering a property in Netherton as a trespasser an stealing a television, worth £800 on May 7. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Tina Whorton, aged 23, of Forest Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting a police officer in the execution of duty in Dudley on February 2 and making false reports to police on December 29 and February 2. She was ordered to pay compensation of £850.45 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Wayne Michael Dandy, aged 33, of Lea Bank Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for eight weeks for attempting to steal items from a man in Netherton on February 23, while subject to a suspended sentence.
