The following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between July 21 and 25:

Martin Adrian Heath, aged 43, of High Street, Brierley Hill, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing a Vax steam cleaner, worth £49.99, from B&M, Dudley, on June 23. He was given a four month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 6am. He must pay compensation of £49.99, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Janet Rollinson, aged 50, of Stourbridge Road, Lye, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for stealing two No.7 skin care serums, worth £49.90, from Boots, Dudley, on July 2. She must pay compensation of £49.90, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Brindley Jason Cleaver, aged 40, of Russells Hall Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing twin and earth copper wire, worth £50, in Tipton on May 13.

Elita Dalberga, aged 50, of Highview Street, Kates Hill, was discharged conditionally for six months for stealing clothing and cosmetics, worth £56.85, from three shops in Brierley Hill and attempting to steal clothing, worth £97, from Asda, Merry Hill, on April 10. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £50 court costs.

Ian James Rollinson, aged 21, of Castlemill Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for 24 weeks, for stealing bedding, worth £800, from BHS, Merry Hill, on July 19, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Sean Michael Fitzgerald, aged 39, of Armstrong Close, Stourbridge, was sent to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing two bottles of vodka, worth £38, from Tesco, Stourbridge, on June 26, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Jason David Bullas, aged 37, of Bayswater Road, Lower Gornal, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs for assaulting a woman in Dudley on March 2.

Tyrone Colin Payne, aged 27, of Queen Street, Pensnett, was fined £150 for damaging a front door in Brierley Hill on April 25. He must pay compensation of £321.52, a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

Andrew David Brockhouse, aged 23, of Junction Road, Wordsley, was fined £200 for assaulting a man in Brierley Hill on May 20, last year. He must pay compensation of £200, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

Peter Clewes, aged 45, of Crabbe Street, Lye, was sent to prison for 18 weeks, for stealing an iPhone 5, worth £580, in Stourbridge on June 24, while subject to a suspended sentence.

Carl Andrew Donnelly, aged 30, of Boundary Hill, Lower Gornal, was given a 16 week community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used against them, in Dudley on April 26. He was given a 16 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Callie-Ann Skelding, aged 22, of The Green, Wordsley, was fined £250 for driving without a licence or insurance in Wordsley on April 21. She received six penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

William Junior Gamble, aged 25, of Swan Lane, Wordsley, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for stealing alcohol, worth £138, from One Stop, Wordsley and Asda, Netherton, between July 8 and 15 and breaching an anti-social behaviour order in Amblecote on July 4 and again in Wordsley on July 8.

Josie Bernadette Flynn, aged 31, of Jasmine Road, Kates Hill, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing groceries, worth £60.19, from Asda, Brierley Hill, on June 25. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Richard North, aged 21, of Stickley Lane, Lower Gornal, was sent to prison for 24 weeks for causing £200 worth of damage to a chair and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and displaying writing or other visible representation, with the intention to cause two people to feel harassment, alarm or distress in Dudley on April 1. He was also sentenced for assaulting a woman and causing damage to a police cell in Brierley Hill on May 6. North was also sentenced for assaulting a woman in Warley on June 6 and stealing an iPhone 5, worth £700, in Blackpool, on July 3.

Lea Gavin Brown, aged 29, of Tanfield Road, Dudley, was fined £55 for driving in Dudley when using a hand-held mobile phone. He was given three penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £300 court costs.

Mhairi Catriona Duncan, aged 23, of Furlong Lane, Colley Gate, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £550 worth of damage to a glass pane at Centro Bus Station, Stourbridge, on June 6. She must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Tony Eden, aged 52, of Spiral Close, Halesowen, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for producing cannabis and diverting a quantity of electricity, to the value of £375.72, in Halesowen between April 1 and June 14. He was also sentenced for possessing cannabis in Halesowen on June 14. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Thomas Bywater, aged 30, of New England, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man in Cradley, on May 5 and failing to surrender at Dudley Magistrates Court on May 22, having been released on bail. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7.30pm and 7am and must pay compensation of £40, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

David Edward Littley, aged 23, of Northfield Road, Netherton, was given a 12 month community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Netherton, on June 18, while subject to a conditional discharge. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.
