Staff and pupils at Highfields Primary School have said a sad goodbye to a long-standing member of staff.
Annette Holland has retired after 13 years as a Learning Support Practitioner.
She has supported lots of children with their work from reception classes through to year six, working with them in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.
School spokesperson Wendy Hathaway said: "She has made a big difference to a lot of children and adults during her time at Highfields.
"She is a very kind and caring lady, always calm and very reliable."
Annette is looking forward to retirement and spending time with her grandchildren.
