THE following appeared before Dudley Magistrates Court between March 9 and 13:

Dainis Davis, aged 32, of Four Winds Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for stealing items, worth £113.19, from stores in Dudley and Brierley Hill between November 16 and December 18, 2014. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on December 26, 2014 and failing an initial assessment to establish whether he was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a class A drug, in Brierley Hill on February 24. He was given a 28 day curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £113.19, a victim surcharge of £60 and £255 court costs.

Daniel Morrison, aged 19, of Metfield Croft, Kingswinford, was fined £100 for drink driving in Stourbridge on January 17. When tested he had 82mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Lee Alan Woodbine, aged 38, of Old Park Farm, Wrens Nest, was discharged conditionally for six months for resisting a constable in the execution of his duty, in Sedgley, on November 16, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £200 court costs.

Scott Aaron Kirton, aged 28, of Brook Street, Lye, was given a 12 month community order for inflicting grievous bodily harm in Brierley Hill on December 6, 2014. He must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work, pay compensation of £500, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Servando Pellicer, aged 68, of Heathfield Gardens, Stourbridge, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Stourbridge on December 19 and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on February 12, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Peter Michael Walker, aged 36, of Severn Road, Colley Gate, was given a six month community order or entering The Chainmakers public house with intent to steal on December 2, 2014. He was given an eight week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Martin John Bill, aged 40, of Cole Street, Netherton, was sent to prison for 16 weeks for stealing chocolate, worth £70, from Poundland, Stourbridge, on November 3, 2014, while subject to a suspended sentence. He was also sentenced for insulting the justices sitting in Dudley Magistrates Court on March 10. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Matthew Michael Edwards, aged 25, of Kilburn Place, Netherton, was fined £75 for failing to stop his vehicle when required to do so by a police officer in uniform, in Netherton on October 4, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Paul Ishmael Truman, aged 26, of High Street, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for eight weeks for stealing razor blades, worth £62.25, from Wilkinsons, Halesowen, on February 6 while subject to a suspended sentence. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80.

Barry Alfred Maurice Trueman, aged 71, of Jason Road, Wollescote, was fined £200 for drink driving in Wollescote on February 27. When tested, he had 53mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.

Laura Caroline Alison Quinn, aged 30, of Stourbridge Road, Holly Hall, was sent to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months for stealing items worth £590.49, from stores in Dudley on February 15 and 26. She was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at her home address between 7pm and 7am. She must pay compensation of £136, a victim surcharge of £80 and £85 court costs.

Nathan James Fawcett, aged 34, of Jockey Field, Upper Gornal, was given a 12 month community order for stealing a debit card in Dudley on January 28 and committing fraud by claiming the card was his with the intention of making a £400 gain. He was given a one month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay compensation of £400, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Jesse Benjamin Kettle, aged 19, of Sherwood Drive, Quarry Bank, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting two police officers, resisting a police officer in the execution of duty and causing £1,250 worth of damage to a car and garage in Brierley Hill on March 26, 2014. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on October 21, 2014, having been released on bail. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £150 court costs.

Dean Edwards, aged 39, of Hollymount, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a man and woman in Halesowen on February 8. He must carry out 60 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £250, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Kyle Dallan Bennett aged 24, of Lower Derry Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for possessing cocaine and diamorphine, in Brierley Hill on February 19, 2014. He must carry out 120 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

David Wesley Flavell, aged 32, of Coppice Avenue, Stourbridge, was fined £100 for stealing items worth £48.75, from Boots, Dudley, on March 12. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 court costs.
