An Italian family holidaying in Scotland was taken to hospital in
Dunfermline yesterday, after their caravanette was destroyed in an
accident involving a truck near the Bordie Farm road, overlooking
Longannet power station, near Kincardine. The parents and their two
children suffered minor cuts and bruises, and were released after
treatment. Fife police, who were investigating the accident last night,
said the lorry driver was unhurt.
